Hello all,

A while back I asked about collecting survey information to a database and 
some folks here offered great advice. One person also asked for a report as 
to whether or not it worked.

Yes! It worked.

For those who may be interested, I have a log file that is created by a 
survey script I picked up at BigNoseBird.com

I downloaded the log file and opened it with Notepad (not many responses, 
sadly).
Saved it as text
Imported it to MS Access and renamed the fields to match the survey.

Created a report based on the new information and it turned out nicely.

Thank you all who helped me about a month or so ago.
