I've heard stories about AOL and it may not be easy to just revert to the 
previous version. How about one of those on-line e-mail services? I'm not 
particularly fond of them and Kelly would have to change her membership 
info, but with an account at usa.net or email.com (the only ones I can 
think of right now) it might work??

Just another option anyway.
