.au file

Hi,
I'm doing a site for our local sheriff's re-election.  I'm trying to create 
a page that will open as a new window.  On that page will be an applet that 
scrolls pictures of him.  In the background, we want a sound file of him 
speaking to the citizens.  I added a script with an audio file in the 
background which works fine in IE, but not at all in NN.  It also returns 
all sorts of errors in the validator.  The applet has code for an audio 
file as well, but it won't work at all.  I've left the code for the audio 
file, but commented it out and placed it in the applet.  I've also found 
that with a longer audio file (60 seconds), it won't work in either IE or 
NN.  Please take a look and tell me what I'm doing wrong!  It's at
