I think that it is fair to criticize a company that makes it harder to make
websites. E.g., a company that produces a browser that supports a lot of
new proprietary features while failing to meet long-established standards
(Microsoft IE 5.5/Windows), or a company that fails to ship a browser that
meets the standards in a reasonable time (AOL Netscape).
