That's the first thing AOL will tell you to do when you're having problems; 
"probably a corrupt file". Its not hard to do. If your client wants to do 
this and needs help, I'd be happy to explain it (have done it many times). 
What AOL told him to do was basically to empty his cache in his browser 
preferences (which actually is the first thing, then a clean install).

Is it just this particular site he's having trouble with? This really does 
sound peculiar!
