The words in a small strip at the top of the right frame 
shows up in Netscape and Opera, but not in Explorer.  Take 
at look at http://www.techpolitics.org and click the left button 
for "Contributions."  Then click on any Representative's 
name.  With Explorer you'll see a gold strip on the top of 
right frame and the top of letters.  With the other browsers 
you'll see "The site below is external to Techpolitics."  How 
can I correct this for Explorer?
