I am a member the HWG since February of this year. I would appreciate any
h e l p possible on the following issue.

What I am trying to accomplish is this:

I would like to highlight different employees' names' on one page of my web
site and have each of the names link to their resume descriptions on another
page of my web site. I don't want to link to just the employee resume
description page, but to that particular employee's location on that page.


On the employees' names' page I have keyed the following:

<a href="employeesresumepage.htm #a">Name of Employee</A>

On the employees' resume page I have keyed the following:

<a name="a">Name of Employee

I get the results I want in Netscape but not in Internet Explorer. Can
someone help?
