Hilma,

UK Gov are supposed to be making all their sites fully accessible as we
speak... It is worth having a look at ukonline to see how far they have got!
As for the rest of us - we can do our own thing at the moment.  However the
RNIB are starting an accessibility scheme for the UK with their own icons.
They have some guidelines to work with at
http://www.rnib.org/access/welcome.htm.
