Netscape table bg gone mad

Hi all,

I am in the midst of designing a site and have come across a problem with
table backgrounds in Netscape.

I have a table with a silvery gray bg and nested inside that table is
another table where I will put all the content.
the inner table, the one with all the content has no back ground color or
image but Netscape seems to be putting
the silver gray bg image into all the cells. If u check it out you'll know

Has anyone got any ideas?
