Website Hosting Recommendations

Greetings all,

        I'm going to be purchasing a domain shortly and I was wondering which 
hosting companies are the best.  So far I'm stuck between Icom.com & 
Domainsarefree.com.  I am looking for reasonable web space (over 30 MB) and 
pop e-mail support.  I'm leaning more toward Icom because they don't force 
you to have a banner at the top of your page.  ANY suggestions are welcome.
