you need to name the frames then target the link to the appropriate frame
also, you can use _blank, opens a whole new window; _top replaces current
window; _self opens in current frame; _parent opens in parent frame. you can
name the frame by doing such:
<frame src="content/MyNavigator.htm" name="contents" noresize
framespacing="0" ............name="frame name"
