video-web enbabled

 A client of mine has a dance video he wants me to put on his  website.  I
have no idea how to do this.  Can someone please tell me what software or 
hardware 
I need in order to do this.   I've researched Real Producer Plus G2 but don't 
know if this is what I need. I know I need some kind of video card but don't 
know which one.
As you can see I'm totally confused about what to do and I thought I had all 
week to do research but he wants to meet with us tonight!
