    As with the others, I too did not see an Index.htm or .html  listed in 
the directory.  Seems to me your main document needs to be renamed to 
whatever your server calls as default when full address and file are not 
used.   Also, in looking about, I noticed some of the pages still call for 
the graphics not from the server but from your local directory (assuming you 
did the pages on your machine then ftp'd to server).  Thought I might point 
this out.  :)
