 It all depends on the Browser group u work with. I HAVE to design for Web 
TV, so I us the idea "KISS" keep it simple stupid" with no oofense meant. 
Some say my site is ugly, some say it is beautiful, it does not matter, it is 
FUNCTIONAL!!
