Hi,

I came across a service from human click which allows your site visitors to
connect with a "real live person" at your company though the use of a Java
pop-up chat room.  I threw one up on my site (http://www.wi-easterseals.org)
to test it.  A friend of mine tried to connect and had a hard time, she
apparently couldn't see anything I typed, though I saw everything she said.
The program has some nice features, such as notifying you whenever someone
accesses your site, allowing you to initiate a chat with them (I'm not sure
how users would appreciate being jumped on by internet salespeople though),
tracing where they go on the site (I believe it only tracks pages that have
the human click icon on them), how long they're on the site, and the
referring page.  Has anyone had experience with this program?  Are the
problems my friend and I encountered yesterday common or rare?  Any similar
products out there on the net?
