Hello,

I copied your code into Homesite and used its validator. It also pinpointed lines 56 & 64. When I double 
clicked on the error message, it took me to *spaces* in those lines which it said were ascii values 
greater than 127.

The exact locations of these nasty spaces  (I have  no idea what's there -- usually html ignores extra 
spaces-- doesn't it???) are just before the W in We and before the T in THAT:

'We are a small web design company.  We can..'
                                    ^ 
and

'But how can you trust us if you don't know us?  THAT..'
                                                ^ 
So I assume there is some invisible character there the programs are stumbling on.
