.cpt is Corel PhotoPaint's native format, and I don't think any other
package will open that. Unless there's another.cpt? If it's
PhotoPaint ask them to export it as a high-quality .jpg, or png. If
their system is Mac, they can save files and format disks in PC
format, no problem.
