I think the average of Netscape users is much higher than actually 
suggested..  and with this new release...  which I am currently  reviewing... 
 and a beta-tester for...  is significantly better than IE..  and because its 
Linux and Apple ready...  i think it will surpass IE in usage....  Ive tested 
pages ive created on Netscape 6 and everything thus far is working 
correctly...
