I see a page in Netscape, but it's all the code.  Usually something like this 
happens when a table tag is missing somewhere.  Be sure that all the table 
tags are closed properly.

I can see that the opening declaration is missing, too...I believe it needs 
something like this (the period was added before the "!" so the code would 
show up in this email) <.!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 
Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd">
