Check out Xitami, a neat little server that can easily be configured for asp,
php, and cgi. Halcyon Software provides an Instant ASP add-on (
www.halcyonsoft.com/ ) which is free to developers with the restriction that
you can only have 2 concurrent connections. I use it locally to test code
before being uploaded.
