The mystry is solved.  thanks Dave for your solution (reproduced below).

"The NATURALSIZE flag is a pagemill function which I understand
re-sizes the graphic in the Pagemill editor.
It can be removed prior to downloading your site after checking
it out on the various browsers in the usual manner.
It's a bit of a nuisance - harmless if left in, but if removed it
will re-appear when re-edited in pagemill."
