Hi Karen:

Fancy is not the point - you created it and it belongs to you. If they are
selling your art without your permission, and making a profit, it doesn't
fall under "fair use". They're thieves - whether they know it or not!
Do you have this artwork registered and copyrighted? If you want damages,
you'll have to go through the process. Can you prove ownership?
For some answers you can go to The Publishing Law Center:
http://www.publaw.com/
They also have a FAQ section at:
http://www.publaw.com/cfaqs.html
It's going to take time + $$$ - the people who have taken your artwork are
hoping you have little of both.
It's really up to you to pursue it.
Good luck :-)
