Jim,
  I have a suggestion, as I work alone, independent.   i say, when you have 
an initial idea, go with it.  i have spent 2 months envisioning newer, better 
and bigger things for my new site. So far I have 1 page up, and am struggling 
with the others. I know what I want, but I never thought it would take this 
long to get there.  I guess it is the prima Donna attitude! Lisa
