Deisgn question????? HELP!

 Back Again!
     I have done a triple wallpaper that is really nice, but cannot get the 
center to move enough to allow the awesome graphics shine through!  Any 
suggestions to help or critiquing would be gratefully apreciated.  There is 
something I cannot put my finger on here, and the page is nothering me. Guess 
you could call it writer's block???? Thanks ALL, Lisa (Again)  I am not sure 
what to add in the center table either!  Though abotu a marquee or scroller, 
but have the hovering menu.
