Link into Framed Site

I have a Wholesale Vendor who wants to direct potential customers to my
Retail site from his site.  My site is a simple two frameset with a
Navigator to the left and a Main Frame to the right.  His link only calls my
Main Frame.......so the viewer does not get our Navigator.

Is there a way to have his link call my FrameSet and his Page at the same
time?
