RE: .edu Domain Registration

just a question then.  Why are k-12 schools and 2 year community colleges =
allowed to use the .edu, if it is restricted to 4 year colleges and =
universities?

Under ICANN rules, the .edu TLD is restricted to four-year colleges and
universities.

"School projects" don't fit the requirements.
