Urgent-Freelancer's Contract

Hi all,

I need to come up with a letter of agreement or contract for
a new freelance job ASAP(I'm the freelancer, not the
outsourcer).  Does anybody know where I can get a
boilerplate document specific to freelancing, or would
anybody be willing to share their own that I can customize?
I thought I had one around here, and I've done some serious
searching on he net but I didn't come up with anything real
helpful.
