You don't need releases.  People in public places have reasonable
expectation to that sort of privacy and their pictures may be used in
any media as long as the pictures are represented in their true, and
reasonably unaltered, form.  LOL, I know this because I've had to study
it quite a bit recently due to doing much the same thing you are.

I have to take pictures in a small club that has live music.  Could
someone tell me what are the requirements for using a model release
form.  I will get one from the owners and band members, but what about
any customers that might get in a shot taken from a distance of the
