nt hosting

Hi
I realize hosting has been asked recently and I did look at all the
suggested host.  But I am going to ask for recommendations based on the
following needs.

NT host w/ASP
CyberCash support (for a US merchant account)
SSL shared certificate

I have found many, but am trying to keep the price down for the client.
Alot of the higher priced ones have more features than we need.
I have Canadian hosts that fill these needs for less than I can find south
of the border, which seems backwards.  From what I understand, I can't use
my host in Canada to do real-time processing of order via CyberCash to a US
Merchant account.

Any suggestions
