moving my business on the web

Hi, I have a retail business which I am planning to expand to the web.  As I
have a good knowledge of HTML, I recently began creation of the page.
However, several questions have come to mind now.  I am particularly
wondering how to develop a shopping cart, how to accept credit cards, and
other similar questions, such as how to automatically calculate shipping for
the user, how to handle taxation, etc.  I am sure these are questions which
come up quite often, so if someone could kindly procide me with some answers
or some websites which may provide such answers, I would apprechiate it
greatly.  Thank you.
