I was wondering if you could share with me your approach to billable vs.
non-billable hours.
Do you bill for all the time spent working on a given project, no
exceptions?
Or do you consider all these additional tasks involved in working on a
project to be non-billable time. (things like communicating with the client,
preparing website documentation, time spent on the phone with the client's
web hosting company :-), etc. )
If so, on what basis do you make the decision whether to bill for something
or not?
Can you give me some pointers here?
Thanks,
