>>>I would like to add one particularly egregious offence: the one that
initiated my plea for help. I am in contact with a small but growing
manufacturing concern. They hired a *webmaster* to set up a site for them.
This woman set up a poorly conceived site in FrontPage on a URL she bought
on their behalf but never relinquished to them, and then disappeared. To add
insult to injury, she placed the *Trust-e* logo on their site when they had
never signed a contract with that firm! Now they've been served with a cease
and desist order, and they can't even get on their own site to pull
it off!!!<<<<<
