Problem with Drop Down Boxes

Dear All,

A colleague at work has inherited a web site with problems. The page loads
information for the drop down boxes from a database allowing up to date
information to be displayed. The user then selects from a series of boxes
and the results of the search are displayed.

The page has 2 display problems.

* Frequently when one page is called it fails to display the drop down box.
Subsequent refresh will display it!

* If the window size is reduced or the max display size is only 800x600 the
subsequent drop down boxes are incorrectly displayed or effectively hidden.

The site is not linked from the main site yet however the page can be viewed
at the following URL. [The links Units and Structure should both work the
same however it is with structures that the problems are occurring]. Please

Has anyone any experience of this problem, is it browser specific (we use
IE5) and what is the fix?
