Contract Agreements

((I have been waiting in the wings until the SPAM discussion cooled off.))

My questions has to do with contract agreements between web designers and
their clients.  Are there any template or sample contract agreements that I
can view or download from somewhere?

When it comes to legalities and clauses I am totally lost, and I want to
make sure that I cover all the basics when it comes to protecting my
business interests.  I would really appreciate if someone could point me in
the right direction.
