Brian makes an excellent point.  What I stupidly neglected to mention
was that the domain name for the emails; indeed the addresses
themselves, can be anything, because we can forward email into them from
the web hosting provider where the client wants to retain the DNS.

In other words, an address of "abc123(at)anything.com" is perfectly OK,
because I will forward emails addressed to "realperson(at)myclient.com"
into it.  :)
