Another idea might be to have some sort of guestbook.  You don't even have
to say "guestbook", maybe something like:
"Tell us what you think of our products"
"Read what others think of our products"

I have one site that we've done this with with great success.  We tried to
get permission from the writers and would wait forever or a lot of the times
they wouldn't leave any contact information.

Just a suggestion!
