search engine positioning

Has anyone has any experience with www.morevisibility.com? It sounds
to me like they're over-priced and making promises they're not going
to be able to keep, but our marketing department is really interested.

Anyone have any suggestions for increasing search engine ranking?
WebPosition Gold?
