Question about Business Entity Set-up

I went to talk to a lawyer about setting up my Business. He said there were
several ways we could set it up.... But his suggestion was to consider these
two...
1. As an "S"-corp.
2. As an LLC, perhaps with an "S"-corp. election
I was just curious as to how some of you had your businesses set up?
