This really depends a lot of what you want to do with the $$$ from the
business.
If you're a small business you'll likely end up with an S-Corp or an
LLC. I have
both types of entities and my experience has been that primary advantage
of an
LLC is that you can split dividends differently that in a standard corp
or s-corp.
The question is really one that you should involve BOTH your accountant
and your
lawyer since the decision has a lot of relevance in both areas.

Subject: Question about Business Entity Set-up
I went to talk to a lawyer about setting up my Business. He said there
were several ways we could set it up.... But his suggestion was to
consider these two...
1. As an "S"-corp.
2. As an LLC, perhaps with an "S"-corp. election
I was just curious as to how some of you had your businesses set up?
