As for how clients pay us ... we accept check, money order, cashier's check,
or cash. No credit cards.

We offer our U.S. clients an online secure payment form that allows them to
provide us with their checking information which we then use to print a
check which is submitted to the Federal Reserve system and deducted from
their checking account.

This online checking form reduces the wait-time and risks associated with
checks being mailed. It also allows the client instant payment credit the
moment we receive the form which can sometimes mean the difference between a
late-fee or not.

This checking system doesn't cost us anything in the way of merchant fees
and the only expense is the initial software purchase and periodic check
paper purchase.
