Dear Members,
Has anybody had a similar problem to this? If so I would be grateful of any
help or information you could give.
I designed an Commercial Web Site (700+ pages) for a local new Company. Who
3/4 way through, refused to pay or sign any contracts. After a great deal
of wrangling we managed to get all of the information back that we had
already handed over to them, which we gave them for their approval and
comments on.
Now 1 month later, they have a new site up, which except for a few buttons
and some graphics is identical in design and layout, to the site I designed.
The new site even contains error that are the same as mine.
Has anybody had a problem like this themselves and if so is there any advice
that you could offer. Or any Solicitor's that advice in UK Internet law.
Thanks in advance for any help offered.
Denise
