The monthly cost from the telco is what will get you over a year.  Cisco's
site is a good place to start.  You failed to mention mail and news servers,
a radius for authentication.  Where will the equipment be housed?  How far
from the telco?  I think when you start to consider these cost over a year
they will be over the equipment cost?  If you really want to still persue
this email me offline and I will heip you gather this info.
