I've used QuickBooks
for years - Can't recommend it highly enough.
It even allows you to import your company logo on
invoices. Works like a checkbook entry system.
Step by step set-up instructions.
By entering invoices and payments the software will
maintain an Accounts Receivable for you -
Very handy.
An important investment.
