Registering your own domain name is only $35 a year through Network
Solutions...

So for the extra $20 you can have your own domain name.

And if you talk nice-nice with your ISP (if you support one of your local
ISP's) you can probably get them to point that domain name to your dial up
web space for almost nothing.
