Community web site

We are considering setting up a community web site as a way of getting more
sales leads and to sell advertising space.

2cUK.net offer ready built community sites off the shelf which you can then
customise, this would save us a lot of development work.

www.2cMiddlesbrough.co.uk is an example of one of their sites.

Has anyone got any experience of 2cUK.net or any opinions on whether a site
like the above example is a sensible business proposition.
