Domain Registering companies

I am looking for info on companies that register WWW. Domanins and
"redirect."  there was a discussion a few months ago about these companies.
I am not looking for a discussion, but rather to contact the companies
themselves.

The company I was planning to deal with "billed" you the Internic charge to
prevent such delays.
