Re: spot.cc and cheap domain registration

What about this ".cc" thing at spot.cc?
They say it's a TLD and have sold many registrations.
I'm trying to find out why the other registration services don't
handle ".cc", and does anyone else, and if it's ligit, and are
there other new TLDs out there already . . . ?
