Because I am new to the business, there are a few programming skills I
don't have but would want to learn in the future. In the meantime, I had
planned on networking and subcontracting the work that I couldn't do. In
this case, I am apt to pay the professional I hire, and turn around and
rebill that same amount to the client. Yet, I have been advised before to
add a percentage to that amount when billing the client. Is this an
unethical practice, or is it routinely done?
