RE: Email List / Ezine Service?

I've been using SVList for several years and love it -- stable, reliable,
not very expensive.  There are many options you can set, one of which limits
the # of emails sent out at a time in newsletter (or even regular list)
fashion.  I have a subscriber base of over 5,000 newsletter readers and have
mine set to send out to 30 per batch.  It takes a little while to send out
my newsletter this way, however I'm usually doing that in the background
while working on something else.

Also, the few times I've needed tech support for the program, it's been
