Okay, I really don't like it when things get cross posted to two of
the lists, but this question really pertains to two different areas
of the lists.

We have a new potential client that wants a Web site rather than
creating
a brochure.  Typically we look for clients that are going to be at level
X (I'm avoiding the use of costs on the lists).  Well this client is 
probably about X/10 in what he intends to spend.

I know I've seen some references to sites that offer pre-packaged
graphics
for sites (which is our largest cost most of the time in developing a 
small site).  Does anyone have any thoughts on:

a) How often these packages are being uses (i.e. will the client find
2,000
web sites just like his?)
b) What are the business concerns w/ doing this (Ivan, Doug feel free to
chime in here)?
c) Does anyone have any experience with purchasing these packages and if
so did they actually simplify the process or just introduce different 
headaches.
